Procurement Policies
The Review Board adheres to public service procurement policies and guidelines. Procurement competitions conducted by the Board are carried out in consultation with, and are subject to scrutiny by the Procurement Strategy Group of the Department of Justice.

Contracts awarded over €10K for ICT or over €25k for other contracts
In August 2017 a contract for the provision of legal services to the Board was awarded to McDowell Purcell Solicitors, following a tendering competition conducted via the Office of Government Procurement under its Framework for the Provision of Legal Services to Public Sector Bodies (excluding Central Government Departments) (PLIO10F).
The contract is for a period of two years, with a right to extend the term for a period of up to one year, with a maximum of two such extensions permitted.
